Hey Sophia,
ReplyDeleteI’m Daniel from the SLJ Blog commenting team. I’m looking forward to seeing all your amazing blog posts and I hope you’re enjoying your summer too.
Nice work on your Haiku poem, You’ve got the syllable pattern down perfectly and the poem has a sweet storybook style, I wonder who the poem is about?
Great stuff Sophia,
See you later in the comments.

Kia ora Sophia,
ReplyDeleteI really liked your haiku. It flows well and reminded me of the tv programme Sophia the First. Have you seen it? I like that it played on that and included your own name.
Keep up the great learning and blogging,
:) Sharon - Te Ara Tūhura Education Programme Leader
Hi Sophia,
ReplyDeleteWhat a creative start to your summer learning. I like the way you have carried on the fairy tale theme from our PBL.

ReplyDeleteMōrena Sophia, Kiana-Marino here from the Summer Learning journey.
ReplyDeleteTino pai! Great choice of words when considering the number of syllables you guys were appointed to use. I think this is a really cool and interesting haiku you have created. It makes me guess what more to the story there is. I think you could make a series of haiku’s this being the first, you could also think about the way you present your haiku’s, you could create your own drawings of the princess or use a background image for your haiku’s. What do you think?
Awesome blogging you have done, keep it up kotiro!
Mā te wā,
Kiana-Marino (SLJ)
